• Besides our cleaning service, we offer full service carpet cleaning and hard floor surface care programs including vinyl and ceramic tile, wood, marble, and granite.
• Building Butlers, Inc. has trained supervisors to handle bio-hazardous waste collection and boxing.
• All services are available seven days a week throughout the entire year. Emergency services are readily available and special services during weekends and holidays can be easily accommodated.
  

OUR STAFF

• Responsibility for each space in a building is assigned to a thoroughly trained cleaning professional who becomes familiar with the needs of that space and the people who work in it.
• Consistency is assured by using detailed checklists.
• Building supervisors inspect all work nightly; management and ownership inspect all buildings weekly.
• All personnel are fully bonded and insured.
• We realize the importance of the security of each facility and follow our client's guidelines regarding those security procedures. All employees are subject to a thorough background investigation including a police record check.
• All employees, upon being hired, are required to read and sign Company Policies and Regulations and Safety Procedures documents. This indoctrination results in a clear understanding of objectives which, in turn, delivers a higher quality of service to our clients.
